Open classrooms and Community Cafes

We believe that Thameside is at the heart of our community - we regularly invite our parents into school to experience what learning is like at Thameside, and join in!

These events include termly 'open classrooms' where parents can experience and take part in their children's learning and find out about some of their fantastic curriculum end products. 

We also host a variety of 'cafés' each year- the most recent, has included a reading café with opportunity to share books as a family, enjoy a drink and a biscuit, buy some excellent second-hand books and even join the local library! We have lots more events planned for the future too!
